I would say the main benefits of the Chefs Diet are it’s convenience, the taste of the food and the fact that it fits into the Zone Diet eating plan. The only real drawback is that it can be a bit on the pricier side of meal delivery services but that’s because the meals are gourmet make fresh. So if those benefits appeal to you then I would recommend trying out the Chefs Diet.
